Cheaper than A4 Flyers

Using promotional flyers as a marketing tool is an excellent choice, enabling you to communicate information effectively to your audience through text and images. You can choose from our standard sizes; if you cannot find a suitable size, we offer custom sizes to meet your needs. If you need a more practical flyer, choose our Economy A4 Flyers.
We can accommodate quantities from as few as 1,000 to as many as 100,000 pieces. If you are unsure whether your design meets the specifications, please upload your file for our pre-press specialists to review. We will check it for you free of charge to ensure your flyer can be printed. Printing Notes:

• If your design uses large areas of colour, the large amount of ink may not dry easily and could cause set-off, so we recommend laminating the flyers.
• If the colours on the two sides of the flyer differ greatly, with one dark and one light, and the dark colour has a colour value above 200 and is a mixture of more than three colours, there is a high chance that the ink on the dark side will bleed through to the other side.
• The thickness and colour of Printing Banana's paper may vary because of differences in the papermaking process between batches. A variation of +/- 20um in paper thickness is normal.
• All products use gang-run printing, so colour proofs cannot be supplied for colour matching. Please avoid colour-sensitive designs. Customers who are very particular about colour are advised to use a dedicated print run instead.
• Colour samples from artwork or finished printed products not printed by our company, or samples that have oxidised and discoloured after being stored for too long, cannot be used as colour references for printing.
• As different paper stocks render colours differently, colours printed on gloss art paper cannot be used as a reference for other paper stocks.
• This product uses gang-run printing. The printed quantity may vary by +/- 5-10% because of wastage during the printing process. 

Other Notes:

• Paper weighing less than 128g cannot be creased and can only be folded by machine. However, the higher pressure applied by the machine may cause white edges.
• Paper weighing more than 157g, or paper that becomes too thick after lamination, cannot be folded directly and must be creased first. Folding after creasing will not cause white edges.
• SF Store collection or courier delivery is available. The courier charge for standard commercial and industrial areas starts at HK$20 for the first weight tier; additional charges apply to other areas.
• Our company is not responsible for proofreading. Before approving the artwork, please carefully check that all information is accurate. Once the artwork has been approved,
• it will be printed and delivered according to the artwork confirmed by the customer. The customer is responsible for any other errors or omissions.
• If you require other flyer sizes, quantities or finishing options, please specify them when placing your order.

Purchase Process

Artwork Guidelines

Artwork Size Settings:

• A3 flyer artwork should measure 306x426mm, including a 3mm bleed on every side, and the finished size after trimming is 297x420mm. Before outputting the file, please delete any objects outside the bleed area. There is no need to draw crop marks or registration marks, and the card border must be set to no fill, as shown below:
• If no finished-artwork frame is set, the work area/page frame will be treated as the finished size by default. To ensure the correct finished size, please set the finished-artwork frame yourself.
• Keep important text, four-sided design borders and white margins at least 5mm inside the cutting line as a safety margin. Otherwise, they may appear crooked or uneven after trimming.
• The artwork size for a folded leaflet is always the finished size plus 3mm on every side. For example, if the artwork size is 156x106mm, the finished size is 150x100mm and it will be charged as four card positions. If the artwork size is 86x56mm, the finished size is 80x50mm and it will be charged as one card position.

Flyer Artwork Guidelines:

• If you create your flyer artwork in Adobe Illustrator (AI), set the work area to the finished flyer size, set a 3mm bleed in the document settings, and centre the content in the work area. When the artwork is complete, use Create Outlines, save the file as AI or PDF, and then upload it. Before uploading, go to the File Upload Guidelines to review the notes.
  When preparing flyer artwork, place the front of the flyer on the left and the back on the right.
• When outputting artwork using AI software, save each file separately. Whether it is an AI, PSD or PDF file, there must be one design per file.
• When outputting artwork using Photoshop, save the front and back of each flyer design as separate files and compress both files into the same folder. One design therefore consists of two files.
• When uploading files, remember to check each option and quantity, then upload the files in sequence to avoid errors and confusion.
• Before confirming your order, check again that the options and quantities for the uploaded files are correct.
