Returns & Exchange Process

Online Return Request

• Please submit a request under Account > My Orders within two days of receiving the goods

• Please state clearly the problem with the goods to be returned or exchanged; photos are even better

• Please send the goods to be returned or exchanged back to us, together with the packaging, receipt and enclosures

• We will process your return or exchange within 24 hours (excluding Hong Kong and Macau statutory holidays and public holidays)

• If you request a reprint / supplementary print, we will process it as soon as possible and send it to you

Notify Customer Service by Phone / Email

• Please call (+852 3001 5678) or email info@printingbanana.com within two days of receiving the goods

• Service hours: 09:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 18:30

• Please provide 2-3 photos of the relevant printing problem, ideally taken from multiple angles

• Please send the goods to be returned or exchanged back to us, together with the packaging, receipt and enclosures

• If you request a reprint / supplementary print, we will process it as soon as possible and send it to you

Returns & Exchange Notes

The following situations are normal and cannot be grounds for a return, exchange or deduction:

  • Gang-run printing has a colour variance of plus or minus 10-15%; a colour variance on some of the printed items is normal
  • The thickness, texture and colour of printing paper vary slightly from batch to batch
  • All printed products will have a 5-10% loss rate
  • All finishing (such as cutting, hot foil stamping, UV, rounded corners, etc.) has a tolerance of +/- 1-3mm

You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours)
  • The product is not what you ordered, or the delivered quantity is incorrect (printed products have a +/- 5% tolerance)
  • The product is unused and in its original condition as sold, together with all parts and accessories
  • The product's packaging must be restored to the condition it was in at the time of delivery

Refund policy:

  • Refunds are returned in the form of Mall Dollars for use on your next purchase
  • Products bought at a promotional discount will be refunded in Mall Dollars equal to the amount actually paid at the time of purchase
  • When a user account is closed, all Mall Dollars will be cancelled and not refunded
