Delivery to Your Door
Printing Banana's factory is fully equipped with printing machinery and a wide range of print materials. Depending on the characteristics of the ordered goods or the customer's special requirements, deliveries are made to Printing Banana customers via courier companies or by dedicated staff and vehicles.
Delivery Process
When your print product is completed, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message notifying you that printing is done. The product will be delivered within 1-2 working days of the notice. The exact timing depends on the individual product.

SF Express
Suitable for small items; you can choose door-to-point delivery or pick-up at a collection point
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days
Additional charges may apply if delivery upstairs is required

Dedicated Staff & Vehicle Delivery
Suitable for large items; a professional logistics team delivers directly to your door
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days
Additional charges may apply if you are unable to receive the goods on time
Important Notes
Courier Service Remarks
If the courier cannot reach the recipient / the product is too large in volume, the product will be sent to the SF Express point / delivery service centre nearest to the collection point. Goods stored at SF Express points, delivery service centres and SF smart lockers must be collected within three days, otherwise the goods may be destroyed, for which we bear no responsibility.
Urgent Order Service
We offer an urgent order service; the arrival time depends on the quantity and the finishing processes involved.
Special Statement
- The above describes normal delivery times.
- Delivery times may be delayed / fail to arrive on time due to various uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to: typhoons, rainstorms, courier company arrangements, traffic congestion, being unable to reach the recipient, etc.
- If the goods fail to arrive on time due to the aforementioned force majeure factors, we are not responsible for any compensation or legal liability.
- After receiving the goods, if you find any problem with them, please follow the steps in the returns and exchange guidelines. Once you apply, a staff member will contact you.
