This service takes care of everything in one go: pre-installation checks, positioning and alignment, application and air removal, edge finishing and light cleaning, so the finished result looks professional, photographs beautifully and remains neat up close.

Factors Affecting Labour Time		 Total area, number of sticker sections, substrate (glass / hoarding / wall), height (ladder / work at height), removal of old stickers or adhesive, and whether night-time or urgent work is required. Application height (approximate distance from the floor), whether night-time work is required, and whether any old stickers need to be removed.
Process
Verify Details Before Scheduling		 First confirm the dimensions / material / site → receive a quote and recommendations → approve the artwork → schedule installation → conduct a final inspection. Preferred installation date (provide two or three possible time slots), contact person and site liaison.

Tip: For large hoarding graphics, we recommend dividing the artwork into aligned panels at the seams (making it easier to install straight and to repair or replace an individual section).

Artwork & Preparation

Provide Application Area Dimensions: Provide the actual application width × height and the extent of application up to the edges (e.g. aligned with the left edge / starting 1.2 m above the floor).

Two to Five Site Photos: A wide view (showing the surroundings) + close-ups (showing the substrate / seams / corners / uneven surfaces).

Artwork Colour: Use CMYK for print files. Images should be 150–300 dpi at the actual finished size.

Bleed and Panel Splits: For large graphics, allow 10–20 mm bleed on each panel. If seams or panel splits are required, confirm the splitting plan with us first.

Finishing Mask / Special Area Markings (if any): If cut-outs, holes, exclusion zones or contour cutting are required, provide a layered AI file with a separate 100% K layer clearly labelled CUT / HOLE / VOID to avoid last-minute changes on site.
