Custom Product
This page is designed for products that are not standard: for example, unusual sizes or materials, complex finishing combinations, proofing, structural advice or multiple versions. Simply enter your requirements in the form below. We will assess feasibility from a pre-press and production perspective, then provide a separate quotation and lead-time recommendation.
For example, custom-shaped die-cutting, unusual lengths or widths, special folds, structural boxes or assembly cards.
For example, hot foil stamping + spot UV + embossing or debossing + specialty paper; or white ink / spot colours / multilayer printing.
For example, accurate colour matching, advance proof approval, or assessment of structure / load-bearing capacity / assembly.
| Quotation Factor | What Does It Affect? | How to Provide Details More Efficiently |
|---|---|---|
| Size / Flat Size / Page Count Base cost |
Affects paper use, platemaking, cutting, folding and packing method. | Provide both the finished size and flat size where possible. If unsure, describe the intended use or provide photos. |
| Quantity Significant variation in unit price |
Higher quantities spread the cost of platemaking, dies and proofing. | Enter a range (e.g. 1,000–3,000) and we can provide tiered prices in one quotation. |
| Material / Paper Stock Finish / feel |
Affects feel, rigidity, ink reproduction and finishing feasibility. | If you are unsure about the paper, describe the desired feel / texture and provide a reference image. We will recommend suitable materials. |
| Finishing Processes Main source of cost |
Hot foil stamping, UV, embossing or debossing, custom-shaped dies and spot white ink add production processes. | Specify where each finish is required (e.g. logo, heading, full coverage / selected areas). |
| Lead Time Affects scheduling |
Urgent work may require expedited production or an alternative process. | State the fixed deadline or acceptable lead-time range. |
Please note: custom projects usually begin with a feasibility assessment and process recommendations before a formal quotation is issued (to avoid pricing a process that later proves unfeasible).
