Printing Banana personalised postcards on black, white, coated and other stocks from 1 copy. For business, brand or personal use, with gold foil and silver ink for vivid, weighty results. Order now: share your style and feelings with someone important.
A postcard is more than "just sending a card" — it can be a branded thank-you card, exhibition invitation, hotel/restaurant promotional card or member reward card, or even a collectible art card. Printing Banana offers a range of paper stocks (from specialty textured paper to cotton paper) with full-colour printing on both sides, plus optional foil stamping within half a side to create a focal point, making the finished card more memorable and worth keeping.
The texture makes the card worth keeping; leave space on the back for a handwritten note to add a personal touch.
Make the main visual large and place the QR code in a corner; keep the information uncluttered so the code is easy to scan.
Foil stamping looks best as a focused accent; keeping everything else clean creates a more premium, timeless result.

Tip: if you need to "write" on the back, avoid large areas of lamination / UV coating there; for easier writing, eggshell or cotton paper is the most reliable choice.
Use one large image and the main brand visual on the front; add a short line + QR code on the back to encourage follows/repeat purchases and help customers remember you.
Put the "date, venue, stand number and CTA" on the back and keep the front eye-catching; a larger size is easier to notice.
Textured paper + white space makes the image feel more like "artwork"; for an upgrade, add half-side foil stamping to the logo area for a more collectible feel.
Ideal for a logo/title/seal area; there is no need to cover a large area, as a focused accent already looks premium and striking.
Laid/linen: more visual and tactile dimension | Ice-white: eye-catching pearlescence | Cotton: collectible grade with the finest feel.
Spot UV, embossing/debossing, rounded corners, custom die-cut shapes and variable-data QR codes (a different code on every card) can all be added as needed.
Finishing advice: the most practical postcard format is "visual on the front / writing space on the back"; if the back needs to be written on, avoid large areas of varnish/lamination there.

Create a separate layer in AI (e.g. FOIL) containing only the "areas to be foiled" for easier registration and plate production.
Use solid 100% Black (K) blocks/vector graphics for the foil mask; avoid gradients, shadows and transparency.
Avoid very fine lines/small text; lines ≥ 0.25mm are recommended, and reversed-out text should not be too small (especially fine serif text).
| Item | Recommended Approach |
|---|---|
| FOIL naming | Suggested Layer/Spot Colour names: FOIL_GOLD / FOIL_SILVER (or according to your selection). |
| Overprint settings | For greater precision, the FOIL layer can be set to Overprint (subject to our inspection and confirmation). |
| Clearance | Leave a little space (around 0.3–0.5mm) between the foil area and other printed elements for cleaner edges. |
| Vectors preferred | Vectors are recommended for logos/text; if an image must be used, ensure its edges are sharp and it has no semi-transparency. |
(After you submit the file, we will first check the FOIL mask layer, registration and feasibility of the details to minimise incomplete foiling/filling-in after production.)
