Contour-cut to stand out on glass; ideal for openings, events and limited-time campaigns.

Product Features (why matte clear stickers are so popular)

A matte finish that is easy on the eyes

Compared with gloss clear stickers, the matte finish reduces reflections, makes text/images more comfortable to view up close and looks cleaner in photos.

Easy to apply and remove • versatile

Commonly used on smooth surfaces such as glass, shop windows and desktops; ideal when promotional content needs frequent updates.

Waterproof and UV-resistant • suitable indoors and outdoors

Unlikely to fade during long-term indoor use; generally lasts one year outdoors (depending on the environment).

Trim to size or DieCut

Standard four-edge trimming is the most versatile option; choose DieCut for eye-catching contour-cut logos or lettering.

Surface finish: matte (inherent to material)
Reduced reflections for comfortable viewing
The sticker itself has a matte finish and does not need additional matte lamination; text and images look clearer up close. Close-range reading, low-glare displays and locations where reflections affect photography.
Printing: single-sided full colour Single-sided full-colour output; suitable for general shop-window promotions. Promotional poster stickers, event stickers and in-store wayfinding stickers.
Finishing: trim to size / DieCut Trim to size is the most versatile option; DieCut can follow the contour of a logo, lettering or shape. Choose DieCut for a more eye-catching, display-piece look.
Size limit: maximum width 150cm Anything exceeding the material width will be produced in joined panels; visible joins are normal. Extra-large shop-window stickers and long, banner-style promotional stickers.
Installation / large-format artwork fees On-site mounting or large-scale installation is generally charged separately. Large glass curtain walls, outdoor hoardings and large shopping-centre display areas.

Note: Output may differ when the same artwork is produced with different materials/inks or at different times; a colour variation of around 10% when reprinting old artwork is normal.

Application / Usage Tips (good application makes all the difference)
✅ Clean the surface first
  • Keep the glass/surface dry and free from dust and grease
  • Applying before moisture/cleaning solution has dried will affect adhesion
✅ Squeegee slowly from one side
  • Use a squeegee/card to push bubbles from the centre outwards
  • Two people are recommended for steadier positioning of large sizes
✅ Removal and replacement
  • The risk of adhesive residue increases with prolonged use (especially beyond 12 months)
  • For long-term placements, plan the replacement cycle
Artwork / File Submission (correct files ensure clear output)
✅ File formats
  • Accepted: JPG / PDF / AI / PS
  • Not accepted: TIF (may alter the content)
✅ Resolution / colour
  • Resolution: 200 – 350dpi
  • Colour mode: CMYK
  • Make sure images are clear when viewed at 100%
✅ Small text / outlines / cut lines
  • Avoid creating small text in Photoshop (it can become blurred)
  • We recommend creating vectors in Illustrator and converting text to outlines
  • For DieCut: provide a clear cut line

FAQ
Q: What does a matte clear sticker look like? How does it differ from a gloss clear sticker?
The matte finish primarily reduces glare and reflections, making text and images more comfortable and cleaner to view up close; it is ideal for reflective locations such as shop windows and glass doors.
Q: How long does it last indoors/outdoors? Will it leave adhesive residue?
It is generally resistant to fading during long-term indoor use and lasts around one year outdoors. The longer it is used (especially beyond 12 months), the greater the chance of adhesive residue, so plan a replacement cycle.
Q: Can it be contour-cut (DieCut)?
Yes. Provide a contour/cut line and we can cut it to shape for logos, lettering signs or custom-shaped stickers, making them stand out on glass.
Q: What happens if it exceeds 150cm?
Due to the width limit of large-format printing materials, the maximum width is about 150cm; larger sizes will be produced in joined panels, and visible joins are normal. Tell us the viewing position before ordering so we can help position the join.
Q: What should I note when submitting files? (format / dpi / CMYK)
We recommend JPG/PDF/AI/PS at 200–350dpi in CMYK; TIF is not accepted. Use vectors for small text/fine lines and convert text to outlines.
Q: How is colour variation in large-format inkjet printing assessed? Can a reprint match the original colours exactly?
A colour variation of around 15–20% in large-format inkjet printing is generally reasonable; around 10% is normal when reprinting the same file. Different production times, materials and inks can also cause variation, so request a sample proof for important colours.
