Product Introduction

Multipurpose sticker (desktops and shop windows) that leaves no marks

Ultra-clear vehicle sticker is commonly used for shop window displays and is often seen at the entrances of banks and restaurants. As it is easy to peel off and apply, it is ideal for use on glass. Vehicle sticker will not show obvious fading even after prolonged indoor use, and can last for one year outdoors without issue. Please note that the longer it is used beyond 12 months, the greater the chance of adhesive residue.

Pre-press Notes:

• An acceptable colour variation for large-format printing is between 15% and 20%, which is greater than that of printed products.
• Even when the same artwork file is output using different materials or inks, the colours will vary. The same artwork file and material may also produce colour variations when output at different times due to changes in the environment.
• When the same file is printed again (such as a reprint of previous artwork), a colour variation of around 10% is normal and cannot be used as grounds for reprinting or returning the product.
• All large-format printing includes the cost of lamination. If lamination is not required, please specify this when placing your order.
• If the large-format output size exceeds the width of the material, panels can be joined to increase the width. Marks at the joins are normal.
• The maximum width for large-format printing is 150 cm. Lengths exceeding 150 cm will be joined by default.
• For reprints using previous artwork, we cannot determine during artwork review whether the colour sample matches the colours in the file.
• All installation and large-format printing charges are calculated separately.

• We are not responsible for proofreading. Before confirming the artwork, please carefully check that all information is accurate and free of errors. Once the artwork has been confirmed, printing and delivery will be based on the artwork confirmed by the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any other errors or omissions.

Purchase Process

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

1. Acceptable file formats for large-format printing are JPG, PDF, AI and PS. Please convert the file yourself, and ensure that its resolution is 200 - 350 dpi and its colour mode is CMYK.
2. If the large-format artwork contains small text, please avoid using image-processing software such as Photoshop for the design, as the text may appear blurred when output. Using Illustrator vector software to prepare the artwork can prevent blurred text.
3. Printing Banana does not accept TIF files, as a TIF file may cause the file content to change and result in problems with the finished print.
4. Large-format artwork does not require bleed. If a white border is required, please draw the outer frame yourself and indicate that the white border is the frame, as shown below:
   
   
5. Ink dots in large-format output appear different from conventional printing. Text, lines and graphics that are too small may have blurred edges or show ink bleed, so please check them before submitting your artwork.
6. A higher output resolution produces finer, more detailed output and is unrelated to the artwork resolution. It can be selected according to where the large-format print will be displayed; a high resolution is unnecessary for large-format prints viewed from a distance.
7. When the same file is used for separate print runs (such as a reprint of previous artwork), colours may vary due to ink-control levels. A difference in colour density of around 10% is normal and cannot be used as grounds for requesting a remake or return.
8. For reprints using previous artwork, we cannot determine during artwork review whether the colour sample matches the colours in the file.
9. Before outputting the file, all text must be converted to outlines and the image file mode must be checked to ensure that it is CMYK.

Post-print Finishing

1. Trim all four sides: use straight cuts to trim all four sides of the large-format print neatly.
2. DieCut: use a machine to cut the large-format print into different shapes. A cutting line must be created around the graphic, as shown below:
   
   
3. Joining: as the width of the large-format printer is limited, if the required width exceeds the printer's width, two printed panels must be joined together to form one image.
