3-ply forms are everyday "working documents" in many industries, used for quotations, receipts, delivery notes, repair forms and internal records— The last thing you want is to copy everything out again or end up with unclear records. Carbonless copy paper (NCR) is designed for exactly this purpose: one entry simultaneously produces three clear copies, making the process quick and easy to manage; with suitable binding and perforations, it is even more efficient both on site and when filing back at the office.
First copy for the customer, second for company records and third for accounts/warehouse use—a clear workflow from start to finish.
After signing on site, tear off the customer's copy straight away and retain the others for filing, reducing missed forms and later corrections.
We recommend adding "sequential numbering + purpose text on each copy" to make reconciliation and tracing much easier.
