Large Solid Areas: Ink dries more slowly and is more prone to set-off; if the design uses a full-bleed dark background or large blocks of colour, consider matte/gloss lamination for greater consistency.

Q: What Is the Difference Between 2-Fold, Half-Fold and 3-Fold Leaflets?
2-fold: three panels when folded, with the clearest separation of information; half-fold: four pages, read like a booklet; 3-fold: one extra content panel, suitable for denser information (price lists/multiple products).
Q: Is a Z-Fold or Roll Fold Better?
Choose Z-fold if you want sections visible as soon as it opens; choose roll fold if you want to reveal the content progressively from the cover. Send us your content and we will recommend a fold based on the reading flow.
Q: Do I Need Bleed When Submitting Artwork? How Should I Handle Fold Lines?
Allow 3mm bleed on every edge; keep important content at least 5mm from fold/cut lines. Do not place QR codes or small text on fold lines, so they remain clear and easy to scan after folding.
Q: Why Should I Be Careful with Large Dark Areas?
Large blocks of colour take longer to dry and may set off; high total ink coverage on dark colours may also show through on the other side. White-space sections or lamination usually give more reliable results.
Q: Are There Tolerances for Quantity and Colour?
