Adjustable-height Roll-up Banner Stand | Adjustable for Different Venues

Need the same roll-up banner stand at the entrance one day, inside an exhibition booth another, or positioned to avoid glare from lighting? The adjustable-height roll-up banner stand uses a "three-section adjustable support pole" to hold the graphic. Its height can be manually adjusted (up to approx. 2 metres), so you can immediately set it to the most suitable viewing height for the venue. The durable aluminium-alloy frame is also easy to store and transport.

Finished size: 80 × 200cm Material: PP synthetic paper Finish: matte lamination / gloss lamination Features: three-section support pole • adjustable height Estimated dispatch: 2 days
Quick Selection (Decide in 30 Seconds)

1Lots of lighting / taking photos: matte lamination

Less glare makes spotlights and overhead venue lighting easier to control, and the graphic more comfortable to view.

2Want more visual impact: gloss lamination

Brighter, more vibrant colours suit promotional price lists and make featured products immediately eye-catching.

3Changing venues: freely adjustable height

Need to move it at short notice or avoid lights, pillars or glare? Adjust the height on site to keep the graphic at eye level.

Key Features (The Real Value of the Adjustable-height Model)

Three-section telescopic support pole • manually adjustable height

Adjust the height to suit the venue ceiling, lighting and visitors' eye line (up to approx. 2 metres), making one stand more versatile.

Aluminium-alloy frame • stronger and more durable

Suitable for repeated use at exhibitions, roadshows and in-store displays; changing the key visual is convenient, and storage is neat and tidy.

Suitable for outdoor use in windless conditions

It can be placed outdoors briefly in windless or light-breeze conditions. For doorways with draughts or areas with strong winds, a range with a more stable base is recommended.

Tip: the adjustable-height model is ideal when the venue is uncertain—you can always adjust the height to correct the graphic proportions and visual focus.

Specifications & Materials (Choose to Suit Your Application)
Option Characteristics Recommended applications
Finished size: 80 × 200cm
Most popular exhibition format
The graphic is large and easy to lay out: a main heading, a key visual and 3–5 selling points remain clear from a distance. Exhibition booths, event entrances, in-store lobbies and roadshow promotions.
Printing material: PP synthetic paper
Smooth • water-resistant
The graphic holds its shape and is easy to maintain; lamination improves wear resistance and reduces stains and scratches. Brand key visuals, price lists and event information boards.
Included finishing: matte lamination / gloss lamination
Choose based on glare conditions
Matte lamination has low glare and is easier to photograph; gloss lamination is more vivid and brighter, but may reflect more light where there are many lights. Matte lamination: venues with many lights / photo areas; gloss lamination: greater impact for featured promotions.
Structure: three-section telescopic support pole
Adjustable height
The height can be adjusted to suit the venue, up to approx. 2 metres; better suited to changing venues or the need to avoid lighting. Touring displays / last-minute repositioning / situations requiring quick adjustment of the visual focus.
30-second Setup (Straightforward Even on Your First Use)
Step 1

Place the base securely → pull the graphic out to approximately the required height (pull slowly for smoother movement; do not pull it fully out in one go).

Step 2

Assemble the telescopic support pole → adjust it to the required height and secure the catch, then attach the top rail of the graphic.

Step 3

Fine-tune the angle to avoid glare; reverse the steps to pack it away and slowly guide it back into the base to prevent it springing back and becoming scratched.

Pre-press Notes (Essential Reading)
1
Colour variation in large-format printing is within a reasonable range: generally approx. 15%–20% (more noticeable than in printed products).
2
The same file can vary with different materials, inks or production times: even with the same image file and material, output at different times may vary in colour due to environmental conditions.
3
Colour variation when reprinting previous artwork: when the same file is output again (such as reprinting previous artwork), a colour difference of approx. 10% is normal.
4
Lamination charge: Lamination is included for all large-format prints. If lamination is not required, please specify this when ordering.
FAQ
Q: What is the main difference between the adjustable-height and standard roll-up banner stands?
The adjustable-height model uses a three-section adjustable support pole to hold the graphic. Its height can be manually adjusted on site (up to approx. 2 metres), making it more suitable for changing venues or situations where lighting and glare must be avoided.
Q: How should I choose between matte and gloss lamination?
Matte lamination has low glare and is easier to photograph; gloss lamination is more vivid and eye-catching, but may reflect more light where there are many lights. Matte lamination is generally preferred for exhibition booths and venues.
Q: Can it be used outdoors?
It can be used outdoors briefly in windless conditions. For doorways with draughts, areas with strong winds or long-term outdoor display, a range with a more stable base is recommended for greater safety.
Q: What should I note when submitting artwork?
PDF / AI is recommended (vector format is the most reliable), or JPG / PSD (150–200dpi, CMYK); convert text to outlines and embed images for greater clarity at a distance.
