The plastic-coated steel roll-up banner stand is the most affordable option because of its plastic-coated steel base. It is lighter and easier to carry than other models. Three sizes are available: 60x160cm, 80x200cm and 120x200cm.
Want a stand at the lowest possible cost that is "ready to use and set up in 30 seconds"? The plastic-coated steel roll-up banner stand is designed to be lightweight and great value, making it particularly suitable for indoor events, touring displays, presentations and temporary promotional spaces. The graphic is replaceable and retracts into the base after use for easy transport and storage.
Suitable for checkout areas, entrance welcome points and the sides of small booths; use larger text for close-range viewing to make it more photogenic.
The most popular size for exhibitions/events, with ample graphic space and proportions that are easy to lay out. It is the most reliable choice for a "brand key visual + selling points" design.
The larger graphic has a stronger presence and is suitable beside a back wall, next to a stage or along the main entrance aisle. Keep the content concise for greater clarity at a distance.
Create a professional display that is "ready to set up and use" at the lowest cost, particularly suitable for short-term events, market testing and touring promotions.
The graphic retracts into the base after use, so it does not crease. It takes up little space in transport and storage, making it ideal for events that move between locations.
Pull out the graphic, insert the support pole and secure it at the right height. For a future event, simply produce a new graphic to keep using the stand.
| Option | Features | Recommended Uses |
|---|---|---|
| Base: plastic-coated steel (entry level) Lightweight and excellent value for money |
Designed to be "affordable, lightweight and quick to set up"; better suited to stable indoor environments and not recommended for prolonged use in strong winds. | Indoor exhibitions, promotional spaces, conference events and touring displays. |
| Print material: PP synthetic paper Rigid graphic and easy to maintain |
Commonly used for indoor wide-format displays, with sufficient rigidity; lamination helps reduce scratches and stains. | Brand key visuals, price lists and event information boards. |
| Surface finish: matte lamination / gloss lamination Choose according to reflections at the venue |
Matte lamination has less glare and is easier to control in photographs; gloss lamination produces more vivid colours but may reflect more light in brightly lit areas. | Matte lamination: venues with plenty of indoor lighting / photography areas; gloss lamination: when you want a more eye-catching finish and colours that pop. |
Note: the entry-level plastic-coated steel model "does the job" but is not designed for strong winds. If it will be placed near an entrance, in a draughty corridor or at an outdoor stall, a range with a heavier base is recommended for greater stability.
Place the base flat and pull the graphic out to the appropriate height (do not pull it all the way out at once; pulling slowly gives a smoother action).
Insert the support pole to secure the graphic; ensure the fastener is fully engaged so the graphic stands straighter and more securely.
Fine-tune the position and angle to avoid glare from direct lighting; reverse the steps when packing away and slowly retract the graphic into the base.
