PVC board, or adhesive-mounted PVC, is dense foam that resists water, damp, corrosion, flames, insects, ageing and bubbles, while insulating sound. It lasts for years and suits advertising décor, boards, lettering, signs, lightboxes, cladding and stands.
Rigid but not completely stiff, with a little flexibility — ideal for signs, indoor displays, mounted backdrop panels and short-term event signage.

Recommendation: 3mm (lightweight and easy to mount) or 5mm (more substantial).
For mounting on a wall / glass, use self-adhesive backing or adhesive.
Recommendation: from 5mm; for large sizes (e.g. 100×200cm), choose 8–10mm or add a rear frame to prevent slight bending.
Recommendation: custom-shape DieCut + base / rear frame.
The board is "rigid but not completely stiff", so larger floor-standing signs need extra support for stability.

Tip: PVC board is an advertising material, and being rigid but not completely stiff is a common characteristic; the larger the board, the more it needs a rear frame / support to remain stable.
You can also order a custom size (to suit the venue width × height). For large sizes, also specify "how it will be installed": wall-mounted / hung from a frame / floor-standing / rear frame.
Colour variation: Finished large-format / UV work generally has colour variation of around 15%–20%, which is considered reasonable (greater than for conventional printed products).
Same file, different result: Colours may vary with the material / ink / batch / time.
Reprinting previous artwork: Colour variation of around ±10% on another output is normal and is not grounds for a reprint / return.
Large sizes: If the work exceeds a single board / needs panels to be joined, visible marks at the joins are normal.
Proofreading / charges: Installation / rear frames and similar items are charged separately; customers must check and confirm the details themselves.
CMYK is recommended for all artwork; colour shifts when converting from RGB are normal.
Use 150–300dpi for close viewing; adjust large-format work viewed from afar according to the viewing distance.
For trimming / DieCut, +3mm bleed is recommended; keep text within a safe margin for greater reliability.
PDF / AI / PSD are all accepted; if a special cutting line is required, provide a separate Cutline.
