Quick Selection (decide in 30 seconds)

1Most popular: 128gsm gloss art paper | In-store distribution

Bright colours and lightweight, offering excellent value for street or counter distribution.

2Easy on the eyes: 128gsm matte art paper | Low-glare finish

Less glare under lights or when photographed; ideal for understated designs.

3More rigid: 157gsm (gloss/matte) | Displays/price lists

The stiffer stock holds its shape better, giving mounted displays, display stands and price lists a more premium feel.

Choosing Paper (gloss vs matte at a glance)
Paper Feel/appearance Best suited to...
128gsm gloss art paper
Vivid colours
A brighter, more vibrant surface; the most popular choice for general flyers and excellent value. Street/in-store distribution, promotional flyers and short-term event promotion.
157gsm gloss art paper
More rigid • more stylish
The same bright finish, but with a stiffer stock that feels more substantial in the hand. Price lists, course flyers, display stands and promotions that require more substance.
128gsm matte art paper
Low glare • easy to read
The reduced sheen is easier on the eyes, with greater clarity under lights and at close reading distance. Exhibition lighting, indoor display and understated brand designs.
157gsm matte art paper
Matte + rigid (best balance)
Combines low glare with greater rigidity; the most dependable option for look and feel. Brand flyers, price lists and uses requiring easy reading and a more premium appearance.

Tip: If your design uses full-bleed dark colours or large colour blocks, tell us its purpose on WhatsApp before ordering. We will recommend a more reliable treatment where appropriate (to avoid the risk of set-off).

Choosing Single/Double-sided Printing (choose according to the amount of content)

Single-sided full colour (most popular)

Fit event details, promotional information and a QR code on one side while keeping costs down.

Double-sided full colour (more information)

Use one side for the main visual and the other for details (map/prices/timetable); better suited to courses, menus and information sheets.

Take care with one dark and one light side

If the two sides differ greatly in colour (with high colour values on the dark side), there is a risk of ink bleed/set-off; we can recommend a more reliable method if required.

Size & Bleed (follow these artwork specifications for the safest results)
Trim size: A4 (210 × 297mm) Bleed: 216 × 303mm (3mm on each side) Safe area: Keep important text ≥5mm from the trim line No need to draw crop marks/crosshairs yourself
If your design has a border or white space on all four sides, be sure to leave a safe margin. Cutting has a reasonable tolerance, and content too close to the edge can result in uneven borders.
Design/Artwork Submission Recommendations (correct artwork produces the best results)
✅ File Format
  • Recommended: AI / PDF
  • Also accepted: PSD (please retain the correct dimensions)
  • One design = one file (avoid placing multiple versions in the same file)
✅ Colour/Resolution
  • Colour mode: CMYK
  • Images: we recommend 300dpi (must be clear at 100% view)
  • Text: we recommend outlining/converting to curves
✅ Layout Reminders
  • Add 3mm bleed on each side of full-bleed backgrounds
  • Keep important content at least 5mm from the trim line
  • For double-sided designs, confirm that both sides have the same orientation (do not rotate the reverse side)
Printing Notes (5-point quick read)
1
Large colour areas risk set-off: Ink in large colour areas dries more slowly, making set-off more likely; a more reliable treatment is recommended for full-bleed dark colours.
2
Take care with one dark and one light side: If the dark side has high colour values and uses multiple inks, the dark ink may bleed through to the other side.
3
Paper batch/thickness variations are normal: Paper thickness and colour can vary between batches within a reasonable range.
4
Gang-run printing generally cannot provide colour proofs: If colour is highly critical, please explain your requirements clearly on WhatsApp before arrangements are made.
5
Different paper stocks render colours differently: Gloss and matte art papers have different appearances; do not use the colour on one stock as a reference for the other.

FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order for Digital Printing A4 Flyers?
This product starts from 24 sheets (small quantities are available, making it suitable for urgent reprints).
Q: How do I choose between gloss and matte art paper?
For more vibrant colours, choose gloss art paper; for low glare and easy reading, choose matte art paper. For displays or price lists, choose 157gsm for greater rigidity.
Q: What artwork dimensions should I set?
The finished A4 size is 210×297mm; the recommended artwork size is 216×303mm (3mm bleed on each side). Keep important text/borders at least 5mm.
Q: Why should I let you know about full-bleed dark colours in advance?
Ink in large colour areas dries more slowly, increasing the risk of set-off/ink bleed. Tell us the intended use and turnaround first so we can recommend a more reliable treatment in advance.
