By using the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms and conditions carefully.

When you place an order, you agree to purchase those goods at the price shown on the website. If an order error is caused by a system problem, please contact us immediately and we will correct it for you at once.

Receiving the email indicates that we have accepted your order, and you can check your order status on the website.

You have confirmed that the content, text, colour and dimensions of the uploaded file are correct and ready for printing, and you understand that display colours vary across different computer screens.

The Company only assists with production and printing; if the print content or images involve intellectual property, copyright or illegal matters, you shall bear all related legal responsibility.

The Company is unable to check every file one by one; please be sure to check carefully whether the file meets the printing requirements. If defective products or colour differences occur, you must bear the responsibility yourself. Based on past experience, colour differences or print problems are mostly due to problems with the print artwork. To avoid loss, be sure to check thoroughly.

The prices shown on this website are for gang-run printing; dedicated-plate printing requires a separate quotation.

The print file must use the printing colour CMYK, and you must ensure the colour values are accurate. Because four-colour mixing is used, you understand and acknowledge that an insufficient quantity easily causes colour differences during printing, which is a normal phenomenon.

You understand and acknowledge that four-colour printing cannot produce identical colour results every print, as there are too many variations involved in printing. If you require the same colour every time, you must use dedicated-plate printing, which involves plate-making and colour-matching fees.

When you make changes to the print artwork or stop printing during electronic proofing after ordering, you understand and acknowledge that the Company will charge a corresponding fee according to the order's progress.

All products on this platform have a bleed size and a finished size; if the file provided is larger or smaller than the set size, you must bear the responsibility yourself.

During finishing such as UV or hot foil stamping, a deviation of less than 3mm is a normal phenomenon; to reduce deviation, you can add a 0.2mm outer frame line outside the black artwork frame so the finishing is larger than the print area.

Please keep all finishing away from the edge of the printed product, to avoid defective products caused by heavy pressure during cutting.

When producing UV or hot foil finishing, please avoid using fine text and lines; the finest usable line is 0.2mm or 0.57pt, and text cannot be smaller than 7pt. UV and hot foil finishing must be submitted as a vector file of the black artwork.

You must keep the original document of the print file yourself; this website will not be responsible for the loss of your original file and uploaded print file caused by any reason not attributable to this website.

The orders we accept will only cover the goods you have confirmed. If they do not cover all the goods you ordered, or include products beyond your order, please contact us immediately.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email. We will refund the amount of that order within thirty (30) days from the order date. You understand and accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.

If the price of the goods when we intend to accept your order is higher than the price when you placed the order, we will cancel your order, or contact you to ask whether you wish to pay the higher price.

If the order we cancel has already been paid, we will refund you. You must agree and accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.

We only accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer (please keep the receipt) and PayPal payments. When you place an order, you authorise us to collect payment from you for the amount on the order. Printed products will not begin production before payment is collected.

Online transactions are controlled by third-party payment services. When you place an order, you agree and accept that, subject to their terms and conditions, credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider. You agree and accept that you solely bear any loss incurred or arising during a credit card transaction, and we shall not under any circumstances bear any related loss.

Except during the first two days of the Lunar New Year and when a No. 8 or higher typhoon warning or a black rainstorm warning is in force, we deliver to specific areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday. We reserve the full right to refuse delivery. You agree and accept that you will collect the ordered goods from our logistics centre, and under no circumstances will we accept order cancellations or refunds.

Ordered goods are delivered to the address you provide by our staff or a third-party supplier. When confirming receipt of the goods, you agree to present photo identification on request to verify your identity.

When goods are delivered to the address you provide, the goods are deemed to have been handed over to and received by you. If for any reason you are unable to receive the goods at the agreed time, you agree and accept that we have the right to choose to charge an additional fee or cancel the order.

According to prior online arrangements, you may select any available delivery time slot when ordering.

We may deliver in one or multiple shipments, as printed products are delivered directly from the factory. Any time and date for dispatching goods, or the time required for delivery, are estimates. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you separately. You agree and accept that under no circumstances do we have the obligation to cancel the order or refund you.

The cost of each delivery is calculated by the weight of each item; all goods must have a delivery fee added, unless specifically stated as exempt.

The printed products on this website use methods such as digital printing, gang-run printing and dedicated-plate printing.

The thickness, texture and colour of the printing paper used on this website vary slightly from batch to batch; this is a normal phenomenon, and the Company will not, on account of this problem, offer a return, refund or reprint.

You understand and acknowledge that during printing a colour difference of plus or minus 10-15% is unavoidable; if the colour of the printed product does not exceed the above standard, you may not request a return or reprint. A colour difference on some of the printed items is a normal phenomenon. Due to insufficient print quantity, it is normal for the density of the first 100 sheets to differ. If you mind colour differences, please request dedicated-plate printing.

Print colour density is limited; the total value of all colours (CMYK) in the print file must not exceed 200%, otherwise set-off may occur. The Company is not responsible for reprinting or compensation. If the file is not amended, we recommend choosing laminated paper to avoid set-off.

You understand and acknowledge that all printed products will have wastage; a print wastage of 5-10% may not be used as grounds for a deduction or return.

You understand and acknowledge that all finishing has a tolerance of 1-3mm, which is a normal phenomenon. Please take the finishing tolerance into account when designing; otherwise, when defective products result, no return, reprint or compensation is possible.

If the goods you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the delivered quantity is incorrect (printed products have a +/- 5% tolerance), you may return or exchange them within seven (7) days of the receipt date, provided the return or exchange policy is met:

• The goods are unused and in their original condition as sold, together with all parts and accessories provided with the goods, including labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes
• The goods' packaging must be restored to the condition it was in when delivered to you
• The return or exchange request is sent to our customer service representative via live chat / system or email, and the goods are delivered to us within the specified period

You agree and accept that returned goods will be refunded in the form of an account balance for use on your next purchase; unless specially requested, we do not provide cash refunds. If you purchased goods at a promotional discount, you will be refunded the account balance equal to the amount payable for the goods at the time of purchase. When you use your account balance to shop, an account balance equal to the price of the goods is deducted from your account. You agree and accept that when your user account is closed, all account balance (refund) will be cancelled and not refunded.

We will not bear any liability or compensation for any loss (including but not limited to computer viruses, system failures, data loss) caused by your use, or any person's use, of this web page.

This web page may link to web pages of other organisations or companies, which are not controlled by the Company. The Company makes no warranty and bears no responsibility for the content of these web pages. You browse these web pages entirely at your own risk.

You agree that we cannot guarantee that data transmission over the internet is completely secure. Although we strive to protect data, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of the data you transmit to us; you transmit any data to us at your own risk.

You agree that these limitations are reasonable given the nature of our website, especially since when you purchase goods through our website you enter into a separate contract with the supplier each time.

The above exclusions do not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded. However, in such cases, our liability (as permitted by law) will be limited to re-supplying the services or goods to you.

Each of the above exclusions or limitations shall be construed as a separate and severable provision of these terms and conditions.

You represent, warrant and undertake that you will not:

This website retains the print files uploaded by users for 30 days; after 30 days the print file is deleted. This website does not retain your print files long term.

If a user does not log in to, view or use their user account for 720 consecutive days, and their account balance is 0, this website will regard the user as having voluntarily given up the right to use the account, and this website reserves the right to suspend providing services to them.

If you breach any terms and conditions, your use of our services will be terminated immediately and you will be prohibited from entering our website or registering.

Any rights of either party that have arisen as of the termination date will remain enforceable after termination.

After the termination of services, you no longer enjoy any rights on this website, and this website will no longer bear any responsibility to you.

We have the right to amend the website content (including the services we provide) and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
